LIVING WELL: IN THE KITCHEN WITH MONTEL
To live well, you need to eat well! Today, Montel will share his secret recipes for living well and prepare his favorite foods. Cricket Azima is a children's chef, who will show Karen, a mom who is used to preparing frozen dinners for her family, how to make cooking healthy and fun for her kids. We'll also meet Donna, whose daughter Kerri was diagnosed with severe food sensitivities. Following a diet created by Dr. Bock, a leading researcher in the field of diet and medicine, Kerri has been able to incorporate many more foods into her daily life. Chris Gavigan, from "Healthy Child, Healthy World," will also be here to share his tips for a cleaner, greener and safer home.
